I used the Scotchgard Oudoor Water Shield on my worn out kayak cover. I let the Scotchgard waterproof spray sit for a few months to see if it worked. The outdoor waterproofing was made to protect tents and fabric from sun and rain. I left the protector for a few months on my fishing kayak in outdoor storage. In this video, I see if the Scotchgard waterproofing spray worked.
