An important topic when looking at kayaking for seniors and beginners is how to fit a PFD. A kayak life jacket is a critical piece of equipment and must be comfortable to ensure you actually put it on. Jackets and vests come in different sizes with various features. We review some of those as I discuss how to properly fit a life jacket with an expert. Non Swimmers pay attention and use this advice to choose the best vest for kayaking!
