As summer rages, how to stay cool while kayak fishing becomes really important. I picked up a cheap head cooling fan at Walmart and did a test to see if I should include it in my hot weather fishing gear. I was surprised at its ability to address the issue of how to stay cool in hot weather. You wear it around your neck and the dual fans crank out a breeze. This ended up being added to the tricks I already had in my hot weather setup.
