2010 Smallmouth Forecast

The February issue of Virginia Game&Fish had a limited assessment of the smallmouth fishing prospects for key rivers in the State.  Hopefully, the VDGIF will publish a full report on their website soon.  Here is my interpretation of our fishing future based on reading the article.  I included the ratings I made based on the VDGIF forecast in 2009 for comparison.
